- 2 x 150g grass fed beef sirloin steaks
- 1 tablespoon reserved grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 4 teaspoon sesame oil
- honey to taste
