This easy to make Italian focaccia is great for lunches & dinners.
The ingredient of Italian Focaccia
- 1 2 x 1 kg pkt lighthouse premium bread mix crusty ancient grains
- 315ml warm water
- 1 3 cup coles brand basil pesto
- 1 chorizo sliced
- 300g coles italian style antipasto mix see note
- 220g tub coles brand bocconcini drained torn
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- mixed salad leaves to serve
The Instruction of italian focaccia
- preheat oven to 220u00b0c or 200u00b0c fan prepare the bread mix with water following packet directions knead for 2 mins or until dough is smooth and elastic
- press the dough into a 36cm x 26cm rectangle on a greased tray press your fingers into the dough to make deep indents bake for 10 mins
- spoon over the pesto and sprinkle with the chorizo and vegetables bake for a further 15 20 minutes or until base is crisp top with bocconcini and rosemary serve with salad
