  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices rare roast beef
  • 1 2 small red onion thinly sliced

  • combine coriander mint and bean sprouts in a bowl combine sweet chilli sauce and lime juice in a bowl
  • place wraps on a flat surface divide cucumber lettuce roast beef herb mixture and onion between wraps drizzle with sauce mixture season with salt and pepper
