The ingredient of Banana Bread Brekkie Bowl
- cooking oil spray
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 2 cup 125ml almond breeze unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 4 cup 20g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 4 cup 25g walnuts coarsely chopped
- pinch of salt
- coconut yoghurt to serve
- fresh raspberries to serve
- toasted shredded coconut to serve
- chopped walnuts extra to serve
- honey extra to serve
The Instruction of banana bread brekkie bowl
- preheat oven to 180c lightly spray two 3 4 cup 185ml ovenproof ramekins or bowls with cooking oil
- combine the banana almond breeze unsweetened almond milk and honey in a medium bowl
- combine oats oat bran flour baking powder cinnamon walnuts and salt in a separate medium bowl
- add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and combine divide mixture between ramekins or bowls
- bake for 30 mins or until a skewer inserted in the centres comes out clean set aside until cool
- serve the banana bowls topped with yoghurt raspberries coconut extra walnuts and extra honey
