  • 1 small red onion very thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 small carrots peeled into long thin ribbons
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers peeled into long thin ribbons
  • 1 cup small fresh coriander sprigs

  • preheat a large non stick chargrill pan over medium high heat
