- 4 whole grain bread rolls split warmed

- preheat the oven to 180u00b0c 160u00b0c fan forced combine beef ginger two thirds of garlic 2 tbs of the hoisin sauce and 2 tsp of the soy sauce in a bowl season shape into four 2 5 3 cm thick patties heat a large frying pan over medium high heat spray with oil cook patties for 2 minutes each side until browned transfer patties to a lined tray brush with 2 tsp of remaining hoisin sauce bake for 12 14 minutes or until just cooked through rest for 5 minutes
