- 1kg cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 4 cup 60ml milk
- 20g butter
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- steamed green beans to serve

- place the flour in a large plastic bag season add the beef to the bag and gently shake to coat heat half the oil in a large ovenproof casserole dish over medium high heat add the beef and cook in 3 batches for 5 mins or until browned transfer to a plate
